Important Notes:

IVF and medication costs are not included in this fee schedule. Consult your clinic/physician for an estimate of these costs.

*International Client Surcharge: A surcharge of $1,000 is applied to agency fee when Prospective Parents reside outside of the United States or Canada.

*Refund Policy: In the event that the egg donation cycle is cancelled prior to retrieval due to verifiable medical reasons, failure of medical/psychological screening, and/or Egg Donor incompliance, agency fees will be transferable to the use of another Tiny Treasures' Egg Donor, but will remain non-refundable.

**Egg Donor compensation requests may vary within the guidelines set forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

***Trust Account management fees are $250 for Prosective Parents working with IVF clinics located in MA, NH, RI or ME, $400 for Prosective Parents working with IVF clinics located in any other state.

****Accidental Egg Donor insurance policy premium costs $180 in the states of MA and RI, $400 in all other states. Some IVF clinics in MA and RI provide Prospective Parents directly with this insurance, in which case Prospective Parents may not be required to purchase this insurance through Tiny Treasures.

*****These fees are only estimates and may vary widely depending on your IVF clinic's/physician's screening/monitoring requirements, the extent to which Egg Donor is required to travel, the location from which Egg Donor is traveling, etc.
