Prospective Parents' Fees

In-State/Local Egg Donation

An in-state / local donation is defined as a donation in which the Donor resides within reasonable driving distance of Prospective Parents’ IVF clinic.

$5,500: Tiny Treasures' Agency Fee*

$5,000: Egg Donor Compensation**

$275: Trust Account Management

$180 - $325: Accidental Egg Donor Insurance Policy***

$450: Egg Donor's Attorney

$800: Prospective Parents' Attorney (paid directly to attorney)

Out-of-State/Out-of-Area Egg Donation

An out-of-state / out-of-area donation is defined as a donation in which the Donor does not reside within reasonable driving distance of Prospective Parents’ IVF clinic, so Tiny Treasures will be responsible for coordination of Donor’s local monitoring and/or travel arrangements for successful completion of the egg donation cycle.

$6,000: Tiny Treasures' Agency Fee*

$5,000: Egg Donor Compensation**

$400: Trust Account Management

$180 - $325: Accidental Egg Donor Insurance Policy***

$450: Egg Donor's Attorney

$800: Prospective Parents' Attorney (paid directly to attorney)

$1,500 - $4,500: Estimated Travel****

$750 - $2,000: Estimated Local Screening/Monitoring****

$15,080 - $19,475 Approximate Total

Important Notes:

IVF and medication costs are not included in this fee schedule. Consult your clinic/physician for an estimate of these costs.

*International Client Surcharge: A surcharge of $1,000 is applied to agency fee when Prospective Parents reside outside of the United States.

*Refund Policy: Tiny Treasures' agency fee is non-refundable. In the event that the egg donation cycle is cancelled prior to retrieval due to verifiable medical reasons, failure of medical/psychological screening, and/or Egg Donor incompliance, agency fees will be transferable to the use of another Tiny Treasures' Egg Donor, but will remain non-refundable.

**Egg Donor compensation requests may vary within the guidelines set forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

***Accidental Egg Donor insurance policy premium costs $180 in the states of MA and RI or $325 in all other states.

****These fees are only estimates and may vary widely depending on your clinic/doctor’s screening and monitoring requirements, the extent to which Donor is required to travel, the location from which Donor is traveling, etc. The estimates noted above reflect the actual range of costs for all out-of-state / out-of-area egg donation cycles completed in 2011. The average travel expense per cycle was $2,725 and the average local monitoring expense per cycle was $1,295.
